How do 3D models get created?

There are multiple ways you can acquire models for your 3D customizer at Kit Builder. To make things easier, we have a library of models that you can instantly browse and purchase. These are standard off-the-shelf models that span a range of different fits and industries.

If you require something more bespoke, we have a team of 3D modellers that you can work with to create what you’re looking for. Our Sales team will be happy to walk you through the process and cost for bespoke modelling at Kit Builder.

You do not need to use our services or models with your Kit Builder. Feel free to use your own models; they may need to be re-exported to work in our system. Don’t worry, our team is on hand to offer training to help you export your models to work in Kit Builder. Just let your Account Manager know.

What do I need before I start to build my customizer?

You will need your basic product options, pictures, specifications for the zones you want to create, colours, textures, and pricing. We will supply you with detailed information as part of the onboarding process.

Do I need to pay for hosting?

No. Hosting is included with Kit Builder and bandwidth is unlimited!

What if I need support?
