Customer Content and Design Assets

As part of providing the Kit Builder Solution, customers may upload or provide content including product information, logos, artwork, imagery, patterns, design assets and related configuration information.

Such information is processed solely for the purpose of delivering, supporting and improving the services requested by the customer.

Customer assets remain the property of the customer and are not used for marketing purposes without permission.

 

Shopify App Proxy Data

Kit Builder notifies you, the customer, that we keep the mentioned personal data, including ‘Display name,’ ’email,’ and ‘Ecommerce user ID,’ from Ecommerce via app proxy (e.g. Shopify via app proxy). This data is collected in order to identify individual users and allow saved private designs.

This data is kept indefinitely until cancellation of the Kit Builder account, or until you, the customer, request individual data disposal. In such cases, we agree to immediately begin our process to permanently delete the requested personal data.

Kit Builder notifies you, the purchaser, that we temporarily keep the following personal data from webhook details: ‘address,’ ‘contact email,’ ‘name,’ and ‘order contact email.’ This data is maintained to keep a digital record of the quantities of custom Kit Builder products purchased.

 

Ecommerce Integration Data

Webhook data is automatically deleted once the purchase is processed. We can retain this data for up to 30 days post-process, after which it is automatically disposed of and irretrievable.
