However, depending on the number of products in your custom catalogue, the complexity of the customization options, and the level of manufacturing integration required, it could take from 1 to 3 months.
Yes, the Kit Builder software integrates with any eCommerce platform through apps, plugins, or custom APIs. Your customers will never leave your online store during the sales process.
Updates will be automatically installed into your software by Kit Builder. If there are any major differences to features or functionality, we will send you information beforehand so it is not a surprise to you.
Kit Builder features a unique Illustrator plugin that displays the 3D model, designs, and populates the required fields for you with the click of a button.
Kit Builder charges a one-off setup fee and then a monthly fixed or variable fee depending on the functionality you decide to purchase. The monthly fees also contain a support package. The Professional 3D product customizer starts from £105 a month. Our sales team will be happy to provide a quote tailored to your exact requirements.
Yes, the Kit Builder technology is very flexible. Our team will discuss your requirements and propose a solution, along with any additional costs, for your approval.
Yes, if you wish our designers to help you create and load designs, avatars, and 3D models, etc, their services are available at an additional cost.
We do not have a specific 2D product customizer, but you can load 2D models as well as 3D templates. We have a full help file on how to convert any image for Kit Builder. It is worth noting, however, that we focus on continually developing our 3D version, as it offers the best visual experience.

To fully automate your print, you would need to be using a direct-to-garment printing method such as sublimation printing.
If you do not use sublimation, Kit Builder will still produce print files in several other formats for you to send to your printer; however, these will then require some manual intervention before printing.
Kit Builder is designed to be easily customisable via CSS. With your website style sheets, you can override the default Kit Builder elements to make it look and feel like your brand. We also offer a full styling service; please speak with your Account Manager for more information.
